Diversity as a Social Strategy
Diversity means different things to different people. It can be hard to determine what works for you or your organization whether it’s a nonprofit, government entity or a business. For some it may not seem as important of an issue. We believe not only is it an important issue but it will stifle growth, hinder innovation and at worst place your organization in a crisis and put you into a brand recovery mode.
Including diversity as one of the many that your organization uses is one of the many benefits to your organization.
